Situated on Widjabul Wia-bal land on the 1st floor of 11 Molesworth St, Lismore, NSW, our open-plan events space is an ideal location for your next meeting or gathering.
The Koori Mail Events Space accommodates up to 100 seated and 200 standing guests. The space is fully air-conditioned with access to a breakout area, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The hire fee includes free use of a data projector and setup and pack down of chairs and tables, including black tablecloths.
Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge, food-prep benches, glassware, crockery and cutlery for your event.
To help us prepare the room when booking, please let us know which layout best suits your needs:
- Classroom style: two chairs per table, facing the projector
- Boardroom style: tables arranged in one long rectangle with chairs around the outer edge, with a projector set up
- Individual tables: 4 or 5 chairs at each table, all with a view of the projector
- Circle or semi-circle of chairs facing the projector
- Other – share your ideas with us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
A few things to keep in mind: outside caterers who prepare and cook on-site are required to provide a FSS (Food Safety Supervisors)
A current copy of your Public Liability Insurance is also required.
Participants are responsible for their own personal items. Koori Mail is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event.
